1 year lease starting Nov. 1stHey everyone! My roommate Eric and I are looking for a third person to join us in our apartment in Hell’s Kitchen (TRUE 3 / Not Flexed). The available room is the master bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, 2 closets and a private balcony! The building has incredible amenities, including a gym, pool, steam room, sauna, laundry room, dry cleaning services, and an entire floor dedicated to fun—pool tables, ping pong, poker tables, and meeting rooms. It’s a fantastic spot to live. It is a 10 minute walk to the ACE and the building has free cross town shuttles on weekday mornings if you need them to get to work.A bit about us: My roommate and I have been living here since graduating in 2020. I work in equity sales, while my roommate is in investment banking. I will be 27 and my roommate will be 26 by the time the new lease starts November 1st. We’re both pretty busy with work during the week (I usually work from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the office, and my roommate works from 10:00 AM past midnight), so the apartment stays fairly quiet during the day. On weekends, we either chill at home watching football, reality TV, or just do our own thing. We keep the apartment on the cleaner side but aren’t overly strict about it.The rent for the room is $2400 (+ utilities, which we split evenly).
