HOUSE LAYOUT All rooms are fully furnished and done to a high specification. We have 3 large double rooms and 1 medium double which has an en suite. kitchen has recently been refurbished for a modern and stylish look. LOCATION - just 10 minute walk to both University of Liverpool and John Moores' University. - Concert Square is just a 15 minute walk away. - minutes away from Kensington Road for lots of local bus routes LOCAL AMENITIES - Jubilee Sports Bank just a 5 minute walk away - Lidl only a 15 minute walk PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenants circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.
