Rent 4 bedroom house in Canterbury

Single room available for rent immediately in a four-bedroom house on Hudson road in Canterbury. Shared with three other clean, friendly males, with Sky Unlimited already paid for until September. The house has also been recently fitted with new insulation and a new cooker, and the letting agency, Student Places, has been very quick to act upon any small problems so far encountered. The house is also within a ten minute walk from a 24-hour Asda and the town centre. I think the TV in the living room is HD as well, but if not it's quite large and nice to have.

Rent is £379.17 a month, not including bills, but as I have recently left a course at Canterbury Christ Church University, I would be very happy to subsidise the rent costs for a new tenant to around £300 a month- a very reasonable price for any furnished accommodation in Canterbury.
