Wall AC unit. Heat is baseboard forced hot water with a wall thermostat. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (heat, hot water, electricity, cable TV, parking, WiFi, trash). TV is not a smart TV.Rent is $1500/month with a $750 deposit. Rent will be paid via Zelle. Walk across the street to the beach or 5 minutes to the Hampton Beach Strip. This is a 3rd floor unit with NO ELEVATOR. The stairs are worth every step!!! NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PROPERTY AS PER CONDO DOCS. TENANT PROVIDES OWN SHEETS & TOWELS.
