Accessorized for your convenience, the suite includes kitchen appliances, an induction stove cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and an apartment-size refrigerator. A full set of plates, flatware, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, pots, and pans are included. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress a twin extra-long with all-new bedding.
Street parking for your car. I have limited room in the storage shed for a few boxes.
Month-to-month California Lease agreement with a 90-day minimum.
