It’s a 4 min walk from the L (Wilson Av) and 10 min walk from J (Chauncey Av). There’s one clean female roommate who’s lived here for a while.A twin sized bed, wooden shelf and closet with hangers comes with the room. There’s no window but the living room is right outside with huge windows, a couch, table, and chair. The kitchen has cooking utensils and plates for use, a microwave, stove and fridge. The neighborhood is chill and has cute cafes, delis, supermarkets and a laundromat nearby. To move in you would need first month's rent ($700) and a security deposit ($750) for $1,450 total. Utilities are about $50 per month per person (Con Ed and National Grid). The rent and utilities will be pro-rated based on when you move in. Ideal roommate is female, employed, self-aware, kind, respectful, and communicative.
