Located in La Palma, CA 90623, we have one (1) single bedroom in a single family two-story house available for month-to-month rent. We are located 5 minutes off the 91 fwy at Carmenita Road and are central to bigger cities north west east south.
This location is central to both LA & OC cities from Fullerton to Costa Mesa / Huntington & Long Beach, South Bay and West LA, & DTLA, to Hacienda & Rowland Heights.
The room comes fully furnished and all major utilities are included with the monthly rent. You will share the upstairs hallway bathroom and will be expected to keep it clean & tidy, also recurring alternately, with other tenant in weekly cleanings.
We are specifically seeking a full-time student or full-time young working professional as the ideal resident. References will be requested.
Full disclosure: we have several indoor feline or cat family members who, for the most, live in our houses enclosed sun room. If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the best fit.
