Rent 4 bedroom house in Raleigh

I'm looking to one last roommate to occupy a room in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. The house is only 3 years old and in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants, and only 10 mins from downtown. Rent is $725 per month. Utilities are split per month amongst roommates. Estimated between $50-$100 including internet, electricity, and water. 1 year lease would be required. Deposit is equal to rent. Single occupancy and pets are not allowed. All roommates are females. They are all very tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with.
