Medium sized room available for rent in 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Room is approximately 9x12 feet. All basic utilities included, water, electric, gas, trash, wifi. Seperate space allocated for each roommate in fridge, kitchen and bathroom. Mellow roommates preferred, as multiple shifts are worked. Shared furnished livingroom.Dual occupancy is ok for this room, although I feel it's a little small for two. If interested, an additional $75 per month will be added to the rental rate for additional wear and tear plus added utilities. Thanks for looking.
