Rent 4 bedroom house in Burbank

Looking for a chill roommate to share a four-bedroom house in Burbank. The room is available now for $800/month with a $500 deposit. Great location—close to grocery stores, restaurants, the highway, plus a park nearby and Burbank Airport just a 10-minute walk away.It’s just me and my buddy (we’re both guys) living here, and we’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and respectful. Preferably a female, but we’re open to anyone who's cool.Room Details:The room is private and ready to move in ASAP.You’ll have access to shared spaces: living room, kitchen, backyard, and a bathroom (you’ll share with me, as the other roommate has his own).We have a back house where a senior citizen currently lives.Utilities:Utilities are not included. We’ll split the following bills three ways:Burbank Water & Power (BWP): $133 (around $44 per person)SoCal Gas: $33 (about $11 per person)Internet: $20 (around $7 per person)A Few More Details:We don’t have pets and would prefer none, as my friend is allergic.Washer on-site, but we dry clothes on a clothesline in the backyard.We get shipping boxes delivered regularly, so don’t be surprised if you see some boxes in the living room, backyard, or side of the house.Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything you need.I may renew the lease in February or March, so there’s a chance we’ll be here for another year.If you’re interested or have any questions, hit me up!
