It is a 2 story, 4 bedroom executive home that was built in 2020. We will supply all kitchen equipment and appliances. Use of washer and dryer is permitted.$825 per month all bills paid (includes wifi high speed internet, water electricity, gas and trash disposal. No smoking, no pets, and must like cats. (We have 2 hypoallergenic Bengal cats.) This is an upstairs room.We are off of Highway 29 near Ronald Reagan about 15 minutes from charming Georgetown Square and Blue Hole. We are 3 minutes to the new HEB shopping plaza as well as 15 minutes to Walmart and Wolf Ranch Shopping Center. We are also within driving distance to the high tech corridor: GM, Dell, Amazon, PayPal, Google, Visa, Apple, National Instruments, Intel, Ebay, Facebook, etc.Available for immediate move-in with a minimum of 6 month lease upon in person interview. A background / criminal check and references are required. The First month's rent of $800 as well as a refundable deposit of $825 is due upon move in. Deposit can be broken up into two payments.Room is furnished with a comfy queen sized bed, small writing desk, night stand, armoire, and closet.
