Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, and a small kitchenette for your convenience. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, while the lounge area offers a comfortable space for relaxation. Since the house is fully furnished, all you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and groceries. Each student will have access to a personal locker in the kitchen (please supply your own lock) for their personals. For those seeking more privacy, there is a fully furnished 1-bedroom flatlet located at the back of the house. Included in the rental are water, electricity, WIFI, and a weekly cleaning service. Flatlet is prepaid electricity. Additionally, we offer safe parking for your vehicle. In 2025, we plan to add braai facilities; however, you are welcome to bring your own as well.
