It also has a convenient local shopping area, with post office, 2 small super markets, takeaways, butcher, bakers, cafes, newsagents and pubs about 5 minutes’ walk away. It is also just 3 or 4 minutes’ walk away from fantastic views across the south bay to the harbour, old town and castle. The rent is inclusive of gas, electric, water and internet connection. There is also a contract with British Gas to service and maintain the gas central heating and gas appliances.
