The charming apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. The living room features a cozy couch, bookshelf, and a reading corner. There is also a small kitchenette suitable for one person, equipped with stove, oven, and small refrigerator (no dishwasher). The stylishly furnished bedroom offers a double bed (1.60m), a TV (public service broadcasting), and a small workspace. The bedroom has a large window overlooking a bright natural stone shaft. All rooms are equipped with elegant parquet flooring and have Wi-Fi. In the neighboring building is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used by tenants free of charge.
Important note: Due to the building's structure, the apartment is not suitable for children. Also good to know: In the attached main house lives a very friendly Labrador dog (he does not roam freely).

Wir vermieten eine charmante Wohnung, die sich über einen separaten Zugang erreichen lässt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Couch, Bücherregal und eine Leseecke. Daran schließt eine kleine Küchennische an, die Platz für eine Person bietet und über Ceranfeld, Ofen sowie kleinen Kühlschrank verfügt (keine Spülmaschine). Vom Wohnzimmer geht es in das stilvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, wo sich ein Doppelbett (1,60m), ein TV mit etwa 10 öffentlich-rechtlichen Sendern sowie ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz befinden. Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Souterrain, durch das große Fenster schaut man in einen hellen Naturstein-Schacht. Alle Räume sind mit elegantem Parkett ausgelegt und verfügen über W-LAN. Im Nebenhaus befindet sich ein Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine mit Trockner, die von den Mietern kostenfrei genutzt werden kann.
Wichtig: Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten nicht für Kinder geeignet. Außerdem gut zu wissen: Im angeschlossenen Wohnhaus lebt ein sehr freundlicher Labrador-Hund, der nicht frei herumläuft.
