Hi, I have a 2/2 looking to rent out the 2 nd room - avail with its own private bathroom. Central location walk to everything. Trader Joe’s, Beverly center is across the street. Cedars. Weho meets Beverly Hills. Very white bright clean apt. Want someone who pays rent on the first, cleans up after themselves, quiet hours 9-9, very nice quiet zen like space, need someone who is very considerate, low key, clean, solid, responsible. Sadly pool and jacuzzi are both drained. Small gym down stairs. Walk to everything. Sec man at night daytime mngr in the day. Open to house trained pets, and flexible on length, like to start with month to month to see how it goes. It’s a beautiful quiet home. I’ll need refs, credit check, etc. Best, Gina
