Rent a room in San Diego

I'm looking for a responsible and respectful (researchers, postdocs, international...all are welcome) student or working professional to take over one room in a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that is less than 10 minutes away from UCSD. Male or female... is welcome. I require said individual to stay from January through end of August 2025. The location is within the Playmor Terrace Area. It is a two-story condo with a laundry room and kitchen with a spacious living room. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. The ideal housemate would be a responsible, well-spoken and friendly person who I'd like to eventually become friends with. No party animals please, though gatherings or friends are always welcome.
