Rent 4 bedroom house in Los Angeles

Hey guys, we're looking for a 4th roommate for a 4bed/3bath house in Hollywood (90029). It's two guys and one girl currently and we are all very chill. Your room would be the only downstairs room and has a full bathroom right outside your door that is basically all yours. It's a really cool 2 story house with a gated entrance, central AC and heat, washer and dryer, large open kitchen and living room. We are all musicians/artists in our late 20s/early 30s and would prefer someone similar. It's a great location right off the 101 and 10 minutes from Griffith Park, 15 mins from the walk of fame, etc. We also have a grocery store on our street you can walk to in literally 1 minute. Also there is a 16 year old female cat that mostly lives upstairs. The house is a month-to-month lease, but we are looking for someone who is going to stay long term.
