Rent a room in Yorba Linda

Hello! We have a room upstairs rent in a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms house. You will share an upstairs bathroom with our coworker. He is clean and quiet.We are about 3 miles away from 91 FWY, plenty of street parking, and close to Ralph's. Parks are walking distance away. 3-4 miles away from cal state Fullerton.The room has ceiling wall and a closet. We have a desk there for you and please let us know if you want to bring your own bed and mattress or you want us to provide those for you. Utilities and internet are included with the price, $950 a month. Laundry machines are in the house downstairs. You can come down relax in the back yard and cook in the kitchen. We have spaces for your storage.$950 Deposit. 1 Year lease.We all are working in a restaurant many of us are hardly home. There are my mom, my husband and I, two of my cousins, and one of our coworkers. We own 2 sweet cats, and we are having a baby soon. My mom and I will be home or take turn to be home with the baby. My husband and my 2 cousins will be mostly at work but will be in and out to take a break from work, most of the time resting. Our coworker, who you will share a bathroom with, has school and has to work, so he is hardly home, or if he's home, he's quite.A visitor sometimes is okay, but no overnight guest.Right now we still have a tenant who is willing to move out, but still not sure when because she is still looking for a new place. We are looking for someone to replace her.
