Rent 3 bedroom apartment in San Diego

AVAILABLE bedroom/1 bath available in a 3 bedroom apartment in North Park, walking distance to the heart of the neighborhood. Next to the 805, short distance from the 15.The bathroom is the hallway bathroom, which also serves as the guest bathroom when the occasional guest comes by. I have been living in this apartment for over a decade by now, so the common spaces reflect that (how did you know I like music?) but are open to be used by you and your guests. Full kitchen access and plenty of street parking. I have a lovely old lady cat named Mochi who roams the apartment, but ultimately is just a chill dude who lives in my bedroom. Unfortunately due to this, I cannot accommodate another pet in the apartment.There is absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on the premises and no drugs of any sort.Please note, the apartment is on the second story of the complex and does not have elevator access. ABOUT ME:I've always worked in education (school counseling/tutoring) but the last few years I've found myself working in my other passion - music. I work at a record store and at a bar with a record store and absolutely love the community that builds around these spaces. I'm also a musician, huge Padres fan, movie enthusiast and food enjoyer. I'm pretty busy so find myself out and about often, but when I'm home, I like home to feel like a restful, respected space. I enjoy the camaraderie that living with others can bring, but ultimately I just want someone to respect the space. I don't drink alcohol, and just hope for moderation around the home. My schedule's kind of all over the place, but I'm very communicative and hope that will be reciprocated :)Please let me know if you have any questions, happy to answer them.
