Rent 4 bedroom house in Fort Walton Beach

We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is not our primary residence so we are gone half of the time. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. Rent is $900 per month and that includes all utilities and wifi. There's a large furnished kitchen and dining area as well as a large shared living room space with couch/TV. We also have a washer and dryer room and a backyard with a small patio. No pets and no indoor smoking.
