Rent 1 bedroom apartment in New York

I have a room available to rent in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in Crown Heights for $1100 and am looking to rent out to a clean, responsible, reliable, respectful, professional and warm person. Apartment has exposed brick, modern kitchen, hardwood floors. Heat and water included in rent. Utilities not included, and will be split evenly amongst roommates (costs TBD). Must have decent credit as I will need to add you on to the lease to replace my roommate who is moving out. You would be living with two professional women in their mid 30s, a sassy cat and a laidback turtle. We are 420 friendly as well. Not a fan of cigarettes. The area has a lot of eateries around, coffee shops, and bars. 25-30 min walk to Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Pk. Two blocks away from Brower Park and Children's Museum. 9 minute walk to the A/C Nostrand Ave stop, 9 minute walk to the 2/3. Nostrand Ave stop, 13 min walk to the 2/5 President St stop. Few blocks away from the Franklin S(shuttle).
