Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 52 m² in Fürth

English: As I will be abroad for a while for a yoga teacher training, I would like to offer my apartment for interim rent.
The apartment is super centrally located in a rear building of Gustavstraße and is first occupancy after renovation and refurbishment. This place has been my “safe space” for a little over a year and I would like to rent it out fully furnished to a suitable temporary tenant.
I feel very comfortable here and would like to continue living here after my trip. I am therefore looking for a (tidy) temporary tenant who treats this place with respect and appreciation. Couples and/or best friends are also welcome.
The apartment is really quiet despite its central location, with only 5 parties living in the building itself. The nearest subway and various cute cafés, restaurants and pubs are only a few minutes away.
German: Da ich für eine Yogalehrerausbildung eine Weile im Ausland sein werde, möchte ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen in einem Hinterhaus der Gustavstraße und ist Erstbezug nach Renovierung und Sanierung. Sie ist seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr mein „safe space“ und ich würde sie gerne voll möbliert an einen geeigneten Mieter auf Zeit vermieten.
Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und möchte auch nach meiner Reise hier wohnen bleiben. Ich suche daher einen (ordentlichen) Mieter auf Zeit, der diesen Ort mit Respekt und Wertschätzung behandelt. Auch Paare und/oder beste Freunde sind willkommen.
Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, da nur 5 Parteien im Gebäude selbst wohnen. Die nächste U-Bahn und verschiedene nette Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
