Varje delningslägenhet har en stor balkong eller terrass i söderläge med utsikt över Lund.

På entréplan finns en "Hangout" för alla boende i huset, där ni kan arbeta, studera, äta middagar ihop, spela spel, titta på serier eller anordna en AW. Community är en del av huset! Husets Tvättlounge med fri tillgång till tvättmaskiner och många bokningsbara tider finns också på entréplan.

Alla bostäder har eget externt förråd i källaren och gott om cykelparkering på gården. Bilparkering finns i Parkeringshuset LKP Aurora mot avgift.

At COLIVE, there are furnished and equipped apartments for individuals aged 20–35 in a coliving concept. You will live in a Coliving Space together with others who are either working or studying. You get your own private room (approx 14 sqm) with a bed, small desk, and bathroom in the private section of the apartment. Along with your roommates, you share a large common kitchen, fully equipped and designed for all of you (approx 140 sqm). The shared apartment is also furnished with a sofa group, TV, and dining area, a shared living room.

At COLIVE, service is always included in the monthly cost. This means that everything from furniture, weekly cleaning of common areas, home insurance, electricity, water, heating, and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi LAN) is included in the monthly fee.

Each shared apartment has its own large balcony or terrace, facing south with a beautiful view over Lund.

On the ground floor, there is a "Hangout" space for all residents in the building. Here, there’s space to work, study, enjoy dinners together, play games, watch series, or even organize an after-work event. COLIVE is all about community. Next to the Hangout is the building’s shared Laundry Lounge, with free access to washing machines and many bookable time slots.

All apartments also come with their own external storage unit in the basement, and there is ample bicycle parking in the courtyard. Car parking is available at the LKP Aurora Parking House for a fee.
