The apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a utility room with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, and a large living room. The 4-6 trams are a 5-minute walk away, and Blaha Lujza tér is 10 minutes on foot. There is a Spar supermarket and a playground nearby. The building is a brick construction with a circular corridor, a large courtyard, a lift, and regular cleaning and maintenance. Parking is available on the street. The heating is provided by a Bosch electric combi boiler, which was replaced last fall. There is no air conditioning yet, but it will be installed for the season. Additional costs beyond the rent:
