The staircase and the grate that accompany us into the apartment already introduce the typical recently built Venetian apartment. The entrance is on a corridor, we follow it to the right and arrive in the bright living room with exposed stucco on the ceiling. From the large living room we turn right and find ourselves in the kitchen, complete with appliances and dining table. A second table is present in the living room, passing it we find a second corridor. On this, the split for the air conditioning, just beyond we find the entrance to a first double bedroom with wardrobes and generous dimensions. We follow the corridor around the corner where we find the enormous double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. On this wing of the house, the windows overlook Strada Nova, but the double windows provide the best sound to the environment, leaving the right amount of quiet to enjoy your home. We go back to the main entrance and this time we walk along the corridor to the left: mirrored we find a closet on the right and on the left another room of much more than generous dimensions, with a view of the shaft below. We continue to follow the corridor which opens on the left onto a pre-entrance which leads to the laundry area on the left and to a second bathroom with window as we go straight. The Cannaregio district is the second largest district in Venice after Castello and is the most populated . In this district there is the Ghetto of Venice which can be reached on foot by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie and following the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole which leads from the Santa Lucia station to Rialto. This journey of approximately 25 minutes begins at the foot of the Ponte degli Scalzi and the church of Santa Maria degli Scalzi and ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli. The apartment boasts an extremely convenient location, being in the lively Cannaregio district a few steps from buildings and historical monuments such as the nearby Ca D'Oro, the Abbazia della Misericordia or the city center itself with the Rialto Bridge and market reachable thanks to the Santa Sofia ferry.
