The apartment is in a cozy house with a nice neighborhood on the 4th floor with an elevator. It is 40 square meters, bright and has been completely renovated.

A flat screen TV and high-speed DSL allow you to work, communicate and relax effectively.
The French bed is 1.40 m wide and is big enough for 2 people. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, also 1.40 m wide, for another 2 people.
Location
The apartment is in an absolutely top location in the trendy university district next to the Sioegestor directly opposite the Academy of Fine Arts.
The historic area is central but still quiet, green and has numerous chic cafes, restaurants, boutiques and shops just around the corner.
Several bars, fitness studios, fashion stores, green spaces and parks, museums, bookstores and galleries can also be easily reached on foot.
It is only 350 meters to the subway and just 10 minutes to the English Garden on foot.
Several bus and tram lines and the subway lines U3 and U6 run nearby.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in absoluter Top Lage im trendigen Uni-Viertel neben dem Sioegestor direkt gegenüber der Akdemie für bildende Künste
Die historische Gegend ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, grün und verfügt über zahlreiche schicke Cafes, Restaurants, Boutiquen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
Auch mehrere Bars, Fitnessstudios, Modegeschäfte, Grün- und Parkanlagen, Museen, Buchhandlungen und Galerien erreicht man bequem zu Fuß.
Zur U-Bahn sind es lediglich 350 Meter, zum Englische Garten nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
