The kitchenette is equipped with electric double hotplates, a microwave, and a refrigerator, along with storage space. The apartment features a brick core, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and a narrow washing machine. There is a wardrobe, single bed, cabinet, lamp, wall shelves, 2 chairs, a round dining table with two additional chairs, with a further 2 chairs on the balcony. Floating floors are installed, and the bathroom has tiles.The heating is central.There is a storage closet available in the hallway next to the apartment.Internet is available. For parking, blue zone spaces near the building can be used, or a monitored paid parking lot is available. Utility fees are paid separately at 1,500 CZK, plus electricity transferred to the tenant, with a refundable security deposit of 20,000 CZK.The real estate commission is one month's rent plus VAT.An Energy Performance Certificate (PENB) is not available, therefore energy class G is indicated.
