This spacious, interior designed, studio apartment is on the lower ground floor of a pretty Victorian house and benefits from a cute little outdoor terrace for summer evenings with a bottle of wine and a chat. The house is hidden away on a pretty and quiet tree lined street but only a few minutes’ walk from the vibrant Notting Hill area.
Recently refurbished, the designer has used white oak floors, exposed brickwork, mood lighting, custom made joinery and colours to create an elegant and contemporary apartment. The large windows provide plenty of natural light while the high ceilings add to the sense of space.
The particularly spacious, open plan living area contains coffee tables and sofa with a large rug for softness. The comfortable sofa makes a great place to relax with a book and a bottle or watch the large flat screen TV. If you are a book lover or trinket collector there is a large bookcase on which to store or display your goodies!
Unusually for a studio flat, there is a separate double bed. Since it is not walled off, it is strictly a studio apartment but it is a nice plus to have this separation between living and sleeping area.
The contemporary, galley kitchen was recently installed and has an integrated oven, hob, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer and all the gear you’ll need. Here, you also have a small breakfast bar with contemporary stools to get a bite to eat or maybe use as a night time workstation. A separate, shared laundry room in the building with washers and driers cuts out those annoying trips to the laundromat.
The spacious, modern, tiled bathroom has underfloor heating and a powerful walk in shower with separate hand shower for a refreshing start to your day.
Our apartments are fully serviced, meaning that the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), smart TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be provided by separate arrangement. The building has CCTV security and an entry phone system in the apartment.
The Tube and numerous bus routes are just a five minute walk from the apartment which makes this an ideal location for exploring all areas of London.
