Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Waxahachie

I live in a double wide mobile home going through some legal stuff ATM and yes me and my husband own this home and we do have 6 kids ages 10 and Younger but currently they aren't with us at the moment and do I'm wanting to rent out my girls room I'm struggling and need some help with bills and the taxes on my home are in the $1,000 range now cause it's past due the room will only be for TEMPORARY! So that's why I'm doing a month to month deal not sure when I will get my kids back but they're saying sometime hopefully by November 2023 or Could be sooner
