Good morning, we offer you this bright and quiet attic, in the center of Dervio, a lovely tourist resort on the eastern shore of Lake Como. Availability: At the moment only the month of August 2023 remains available and then it will be free again from November 1st. Please note: In the case of long-term rentals we are looking for tenants who rent the attic only as a SECOND HOME, not to live there permanently but as a holiday home. SHORT-TERM RENTALS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE: the monthly rental price indicated in this announcement refers to a long-term contract, at least one year.
