We are looking for a roommate.The house has 4 bedrooms, you would be taking the one marked with green, the house is pretty big with 4 levels, we get to have a spacious balcony and a big terrace. There is also an extra closet/storage space that you can use at the second floor.The house is at Pinnacle by Millenia, well located right next to Aria Hotel, walking distance from Otay Ranch Town Center, and bus stop.You will share the house with 3 people working a full time job.The community has a lot of green areas, pool with spa and barbecue area, outdoor TRX, ping pong and even a football tables.We also have two small dogs, so we are not taking any more pets.The room will be available on January.DM for more info and schedule a date to show you the place.
