Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Rancho Santa Margarita

I have a master bedroom available for rent on 12/2/24 in my beautiful Dual Master unit in Rancho Santa Margarita. Room has a private bath with a tub, walk-in closet, extra linen closet and sliding door to the balcony. Laundry is in the unit, living room is furnished and the kitchen has all appliances including air fryer, tea kettle, toaster etc.Room Mate Requirements: someone who works full time, preferably outside the home, can pay bills and rent on time, responsible, neat and quiet. This is a peaceful home so someone who also wants to be in a peaceful restful home is key. Has a higher power. Preferably Christian, but not required. And LOVES dogs, truly. It’s important that Duke feels comfortable, his shown love, and the room mate is trustworthy with him.A little about me: I am a 32 year old single woman who works partly from home, teaches part time and outside the home in the evenings. I am building a holistic healing practice right now, works with kids and loves animals. I have my bachelors and teaching credential as well has holistic certifications. I am a Christian who loves God but also the holistic world. I am an active, energetic person who likes to rest when home, cook, play with my dog and sleep haha. I have a small dog Duke, a Cavalier King Charles. I am not OCD about things but just like things to be neat. Some dishes or cups in the sink aren’t a big deal.To get approved you will need a credit check, income verification and background check by the community office. Move in date 12/1/24 and lease goes until May. Renewing at that time will be discussed around April. Current pictures of unit will be sent once we are in communication.
