Very pleasant. Surrounded by innovative shops, bars, restaurants, tapas area, a very good atmosphere, but at the same time the apartment is quiet and silent. We love our house! - Free check-in between 3 and 8 pm. Between 8 and 11 pm please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that depending on the time can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 EUR, the tenant must pay 10 EUR at the time of the claim.
