The hot water system is an electric accumulator. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy products such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. These complimentary products are not replenished during your stay. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toilet brush and bucket. We will leave one set of bath and hand towels per guest and a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more.It is a comfortable, cozy apartment, well connected to the city and the distribution arteries, modern and with everything you need for long stays. Electrical energy is 100% renewable. Other neighboring apartments can also be booked by larger groups.SERVICES AND COMMON AREASThis is an apartment located in an office and residential building. In front of the entrance of the building there is a private garden area where you can park, but we recommend doing so in the surface parking lot at the back of the building. There is not a specific space for each apartment but rather a surface parking lot with a large amount of free parking. You can park where it suits you best. In the apartment you will find a remote control that you can use to access the parking area.Upon arrival, you'll find beds made up and one shower towel per guest, along with complimentary products in the bathroom and kitchen. During your stay, you can request additional services at a cost, such as periodic cleaning, change of sheets and towels, and home health care. For stays of 8 nights or more, an additional set of sheets and towels will be provided at no additional cost.The pool is communal and therefore used by all the residents of the building. The pool is only open during the months of July and August and you can use it from 12:00 to 20:00. We will leave you the instructions and accreditations so you can use it.
