The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays. It is a spacious apartment ideal for one person or a couple, even a family with a child. The apartment has internet connection via Wifi and Ethernet and hot/cold air conditioning. Access to the apartment is via a digital key, which not only allows access at any time of day upon arrival, but is also a magnificent tool to guarantee the security of the apartment.The living area has a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and smart TV connected to the internet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, hood and two-burner stove. All this complemented with enough kitchenware to cook and eat up to four people. The living area is located next to the exterior windows that have motorized blinds that completely darken the room.The bedroom has a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm in size, provided with a very comfortable 27 cm thick mattress. The bed is prepared with the necessary linen, a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more and two pillows per place. In the rest area there is a built-in wardrobe with two sliding doors (one with a mirror) provided with shelves, hangers and a safe.The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet with hygienic shower and sink with drawers. The hot water system is an electric accumulator. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy products such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. These complimentary products are not replenished during your stay. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toilet brush and bucket. We will leave one set of bath and hand towels per guest and a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more. In the large bathroom there is a closet where the washer dryer is located.It is a comfortable, cozy apartment, well connected to the city, modern and with everything you need for long stays. Electrical energy is 100% renewable. Other neighboring apartments can also be booked by larger groups.SERVICES AND COMMON AREASThis is an apartment located in an office and residential building. In front of the entrance of the building there is a private garden area where you can park, but we recommend doing so in the surface parking lot at the back of the building. There is not a specific space for each apartment but rather a surface parking lot with a large amount of free parking. You can park where it suits you best. In the apartment you will find a remote control that you can use to access the parking area.Upon arrival, you'll find beds made up and one shower towel per guest, along with complimentary products in the bathroom and kitchen. During your stay, you can request additional services at a cost, such as periodic cleaning, change of sheets and towels, and home health care. For stays of 8 nights or more, an additional set of sheets and towels will be provided at no additional cost.The pool is communal and therefore used by all the residents of the building. The pool is only open during the months of July and August and you can use it from 12:00 to 20:00. We will leave you the instructions and accreditations so you can use it.
