Rent 2 bedroom house in San Tan Valley

I have 3 large dogs, 1 cat, the dogs are locked up while I work. I leave about 630 am till about 730-10pm for work Monday-Saturday. My wife and daughter live in another state but visit when able. I have cameras in common areas as well as my own. The smaller of the 2 rooms has a queen size bed, with sheets, a closet and room for a small desk. This one I'll rent for 500/mo. The larger one has a king bed, with sheets, desk, vanity, and walk in closet, and a fan. This room is 800/mo. Both have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. 420 friendly, outside only. I enjoy a good fire every now and then. I'm laid back and clean. No partying at the house ever.
