Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Arlington

Hello! My name is Steve and I am renting my basement apartment in my home, which is located in the Arlington Forrest/Lubber Run neighborhood. It's a 10-15 minute walk into Ballston. It has a private bathroom, private laundry and kitchenette, but I'm also open to sharing the regular kitchen and living space too, if you like. It does not, though, have a separate entrance. Importantly, I travel every three weeks for work, so the house will be empty 50% of the time. The one caveat is that I will ask you to feed my cat while I'm away (no litter or anything gross; just food and water). I am an education professional and family-oriented individual. I'm a bit of a neat freak, but I've got a good sense of humor and really appreciate all people as individuals. I'm hoping to share my home with a responsible and good-natured individual.
