Plus, you’ll enjoy great apartment amenities.**Room Features:** The bedroom includes utilities (water, electricity, internet) and even has a bidet in the bathroom!**Cleaning:** A house cleaner comes once a month for a deep clean.**Bathroom:** You'll share a Jack and Jill bathroom with one other roommate.**Common Areas:** Feel free to use the kitchen, living room, balcony, and dining area.**Laundry:** There’s a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.**Smoking:** If you smoke, there’s a designated area outside, as indoor smoking isn’t allowed.**Background Check:** Must be willing to undergo a background check and eventually be added to the lease.The room comes with a bed that will be assembled before you move in.
