Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Uptown

Looking for a roommate (preferably a female around my age 35*) to share an Uptown/downtown Denver apartment for a minimum of 4 months with a 60 day notice to vacate but wouldIdeally like a year long commitment. The apartment is a 2/2 split floor plan with 1211SqFt corner unit with lots of natural light on the 2nd floor. Pictured is the actual unit layout and yellow highlighted in yellow is the room for rent. My current roommate recently got engaged and is moving in with her fiancé. The room will be available for move in beginning of October … (could be flexible with move in date sooner if needed). Half of everything would be $1650 each with everything included, wifi, utilities, Xcel and including an assigned garage parking spot. I absolutely love this apartment and location and do not want to give it up just yet. We are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, neighborhood bars, City/Cheeseman/Commons park (all a mile away). The apartment is fully furnished, with all the cooking gadgets, a Keurig and Nespresso machine, throw blankets and more. Your bedroom/bath is the only thing you’d have to provide. If you are bring anything we can totally make it work, definitely enough space for things, and I want this to be your home too! I am 35 years old 12yr flight attendant for a major airlines. I am typically gone about 3-4 nights a week/weekends but can have times I’m home longer depending on the flights I choose to work. I love everything Colorado. Going on hikes, park days, Paddle boarding and kayaking on the reservoirs. I also enjoy a night in hosting dinner parties with wine or cocktails with friends and absolutely love just chill low key nights watching movies or going to the hot tub. I love going to Rockies games (13 min walk to the stadium from here), concerts and trying new restaurants around town or a swanky cocktail bar. I love the downtown living lifestyle and walkability to everything (or a quick scooter ride somewhere). I’m looking for a roommate but also some that we can hang out and be friends, similar life styles and compatibility is very important. I have 2 pups (non shedding) that will be living in the apartment when I’m home, when im flying they will be at the sitters house. Spencer the white pup is 12 years old and weights 12lbs. Penny she’s 6 and weighs 45lbs. Both are so friendly and love people. (See pics) I’d prefer no other pets in the house other than them, but an open to having a chat about your fur baby to see if it’s right fit. No cats sadly I am allergic.
