IMPORTANT Maximum stay of 5 months! All guests including overnight guests, by order of the city of Bologna, must pay 15 Euros of city tax for the first 5 days of their stay. Weekly change of bed linens included in monthly rent, cleaning of the apartment is excluded but can be purchased for an additional price. N.B. Excluding the costs of cleaning during the stay mandatory and with frequency to be agreed, one cleaning at least every 2 weeks, for the cost of 60 euros for every cleaning.
