I rent out my beautiful 2 room apartment 50 m2 (with balcony) for 1 month from the beginning of September, ideally September 1st. However, we can flexibly push the exact move-in/move-out date forward or backward.
The apartment has always been clean and well maintained since moving in. The furniture/appliances are new as I only moved in a year ago. The apartment is right next to the town hall in Friedenau. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations Innsbrucker Platz, S-Bahn station Feuerbachstraße and U-Bahn station Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz are within 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop is practically on the doorstep (M48,M85).

Ich vermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung 50 m2 (mit Balkon) für 1 Monat ab Anfang September, idealerweise 1. September. Das genaue Einzugs-/Auszugsdatum können wir aber flexibel nach vorne oder hinten verschieben.
Die Wohnung ist seit dem Einzug immer sauber und gut gepflegt gewesen. Die Möbel/Geräte sind neu, da ich erst vor einem Jahr eingezogen bin. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Rathaus in Friedenau. S- und U-Bahnhof Innsbrucker Platz, S-Bahnhof Feuerbachstraße und U-Bahnhof Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Haustür (M48,M85).
