English: Our cozy apartment is located on the Karthause and thus centrally located in the city of "Koblenz". The apartment is suitable for one or max. two persons and has a separate entrance. The apartment has been newly renovated with new equipment. You can reach the Koblenz main station by foot in about 15 min or you can reach the city center by bus in 10 min. Grocery stores are about 10 min walk away. The location is very quiet and the neighbors like to greet you.
We are very open to meet any potential tenant.
German: Unser gemütliches Apartment befindet sich auf der Karthause und somit zentral in der Stadt "Koblenz". Die Wohnung ist für eine oder max. zwei Personen geeignet und verfügt einen separatem Eingang. Das Apartment wurde neu renoviert mit neuer Ausstattung. Den Koblenzer Hauptbahnhof können sie zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreichen oder sie können mit dem Bus in 10 min die Innenstadt erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind etwa in 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbern grüßen einen gerne.
