Newer home 2005, medium sized room not small, not large. Newer modern textured carpet, ceiling fan. Big bathroom shared with 23 yo roomie only, each has own sink/cabinets, 2 windows in bathroom! Newer washer/dryer, plenty of parking, air conditioning kept at 69 year round, heat at 66 to sleep in winter. Must love small dogs, we can’t have more pets. Big kitchen/dining, huge patio for hanging out. 420 ok outside or out window. Happy, nice, respectful and responsible roomies align best with us! We are laid back. We clean entire house. Month to month includes utilities, internet, cable tv with all movie channels, pools and sports courts everywhere in this tree lined town. Next to 1.5 mile boardwalk. No power outages, no fires here, no fireworks noise. Very quiet peaceful town.
