Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 49 m² in Bonn

English: This is a two-room apartment in the heart of Beuel, right on Konrad Adenauer Platz.
A deposit of 4000 € is required for the apartment and the monthly rent is 1350 €.
The statement of the last three months is required. You should be employed for an indefinite period.
The apartment will be rented for an initial period of six months. If you want to stay in the apartment after that, you would need to discuss this with me. I live nearby with my family and am not dependent on the apartment at the moment. This means that the rental period is reasonably flexible.

Für die Wohnung wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 4000 € verlangt die monatliche Miete beläuft sich auf 1350 €.
Es werden die Abrechnung der letzten drei Monate benötigt. Sie sollten unbefristet angestellt sein.
Die Wohnung angemietet werden für zunächst einmal sechs Monate. Sollten Sie danach weiterhin in der Wohnung bleiben wollen, müssten Sie das einmal mit mir absprechen, ich wohne selber gleich in der Nähe gemeinsam mit meiner Familie und bin momentan nicht auf die Wohnung angewiesen. D. h. dass die Mietdauer einigermaßen flexibel ist.
