The room is available now!We are a LGBTQ+ friendly family, and you should be too.Other than occasional family gatherings, we don’t throw parties.The ideal roommate will have a busy lifestyle, as does everyone else in the home.We have a cat/dog/bird & fish, so we are at capacity with pets. You are welcome to love on our pets. Shiloh our rescue dog is the most lovable and friendly dog.This is a non-smoking single-family home, located near the 15 freeway.We are in beautiful Scripps Ranch (North County)Your room is 11x10 ft with two west facing windows. You will have a double sink bathroom that you share with one other. You will have access to the washer/dryer (located inside the home). The Kitchen, Living room & Backyard is shared space. You must be comfortable with stairs as your room is located upstairs.There is plenty of on street parking. No garage access as we run art classes out of it. We have two pottery wheels so, maybe get your hands in some clay!We’re also going to be starting a vegetable garden in the backyard. Would love it if you were interested in participating in that.We are asking $1,400 per month, plus $150 for utilities which includes internet, water, trash, & electricity. First month and deposit ($1,400) will be required to move in.
