Plus Sidecar Donuts, Ike's Sandwiches, Blind Barber, Backstage Bar & Grill, Homestate, and several parks. Culver City is an incredible place to live in LA if you're moving here for the first time -- the easy access to Venice Beach (15 min drive) as well as Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Downtown (20-35 min) means that you can actually explore all of LA from Culver City, and not just find yourself trapped in one neighborhood.Previous roommate is moving back to San Francisco at the end of October, room will be available on November 1st.Info about me: Mike, 37, originally from SF Bay Area and has lived in LA for 11 years. You've been in a few relationships, so you naturally appreciate when I put some of your dishes away, and you return the favor occasionally too. No additional pets, and it's a non-smoking building.Rent is $2250, plus $250 to cover utilities, internet, and a monthly housekeeper. $2500 all in.
