Rent a room in Canoga Park

This is for a spare bedroom. Fully furnished. We are all working healthy professionals. My wife and I live here with another roommate. Background/Credit check and prefer someone local and very clean. A few of us also suffer from scent allergies so no strong perfumes or chemicals. The room has a small mirrored door closet. The room is at the corner of the house, a completely separate part of the house and doesn’t share walls with any other bedrooms. The room shares one bathroom with a double vanity with one other person. No pets, single person only. Also a shared fridge with one other person as well as laundry. Available as of September
