Hello. I have a large room and closet completely furnished. Queen bed bedding fabric head board black out curtains night stand lamp ceiling fan with light 32 inch TV cable WiFi desk chair bookcase dresser in Beautiful Roseville. 10 minutes to freeways and any shopping you can think of. Share bathroom 2 sinks and tons of storage. Other male roommate is never home he works goes to school then library to study. He is very clean kind nice quiet. I have a Pug Frenchie mutt and small cat. They bark sometimes when people come and go out front door. They are vicious watch dogs!! Just kidding. I am a designer so my home is unique very clean good energy and happy. I hope you are too. Come take a look. You are renting use of entire house not just a room. NO couples NO more animals. Sorry!!
