Looking for someone who is gainfully employed with a good work history and works outside the home, Person must be trust-worthy, honest, friendly, non-smoker. No children or couples please. Looking for some who can commit for at least a year. NO DRUGS OR HEAVY DRINKERS. NO PETS.I'm seeking someone who will be very respectful in my home. Clean, neat and tidy. You will be responsible for cleaning your bathroom and help with shared spaces at times. You will have access to all amenities including kitchen ware, towels.
