Rent 2 bedroom apartment in North Hollywood

Hello!We are looking for a roommate to move into our townhouse/condo style. We are in the process of removing the desk and all of the wall art. The room will ONLY include the couch-bed, the closet and all will be empty.It will be for a 6 month to a year lease, $1600/month all included. Room includes: private bathroom, walk-in closet, blinds, couch-bed. There’s laundry in home. Street parking only but the possibility to park on the property when available. We have 2 cats and sometimes foster so there can be up to 4 cats. Needs to love cats and not be allergic. Would consider them bringing a cat. Guest allowed with 48 hrs advance. Boyfriend/Girlfriend allowed but if staying more than 3 days needs to be discussed. The person will then be added to the lease and monthly payment will be increased to match utilities.Thank you,
